Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the StartUp Business mobile application ("App") operated by Francesco Cogliandro ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
StartUp Business is a mobile business simulation game that allows users to build and manage virtual businesses. The App includes features such as:
- Business management simulation
- In-app purchases and subscriptions
- Optional StartUp Business account for cross-device sync
- Multiplayer features and leaderboards
- Social features and sharing
- Regular content updates
3. Accounts
You may use the App without an Account. If you create an Account (email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In), you are responsible for:
- Keeping your credentials confidential
- All activity under your Account
- Providing accurate registration information
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or to protect the Service and other players.
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may offer in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment, billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple's terms and policies. Managing subscriptions is done in your Apple ID settings.

5. Virtual Items and Currency
Virtual items, currency, and progress in the App have no real-world monetary value outside the App, unless we expressly say otherwise. We may modify game balance, economy, or features at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party tools
- Harass other players or abuse multiplayer/chat features
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other players' Accounts
- Reverse engineer or redistribute the App except as allowed by law
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its content, branding, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use personal data, including Account and analytics data.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting an updated version on this page.
